Acceptance
for training and testing is subject to the terms
and conditions herein and in any publicity material
or correspondence as issued by All-Ways Roadcraft
Centre or Channel Rider Training as appropriate. |

Acceptance
is conditional upon: |

Payment
for the prescribed course and / or test fee in part
(as a deposit) and in full at the time and place
directed by us. |
| 2b |
That there
be produced to us a signed valid driving licence. |
| 2c |
That there
be produced to us a valid Motorcycle Theory Test
and / or CBT certificate where appropriate. |
| 2d |
The motorcycle
/ moped to be used (if pupil's own) must comply
with all legal requirements in existence at the
time. The maintenance & reliability of the pupil's
machine shall be the pupil's sole responsibility. |

For all
guaranteed test-training courses; that the pupil
has first attended a Rider Assessment and agreed
the course period confirmed with us in writing.
It is the pupil's responsibility to ensure all documents
are in order and presented for examination by the
DSA Examiner on test day, failure to do so will
invalidate the guarantee. |

Full disclosure
must be made by the pupil of any medical condition
and drug or medication (by prescription or otherwise)
being taken that could impair driving ability before
each training / testing session. |

| 4 |
Training
and testing (as arranged with and conducted by the
Driving Standards Agency (DSA)) to be at the time
date and place specified. |
| |
|
| 5 |
Fees cannot
be refunded unless written cancellation is received
by us at least five complete working days prior
to the date of attendance (excluding weekends, bank
or public holidays) and in the case of driving test
courses twelve working days notice of cancellation
is required. We will endeavor to re-let any course
canceled to another candidate and if so only a minimum
cancellation fee of £25.00 to cover administration
costs will be made. If the canceled course cannot
be re-let then the full course fee will be payable
and due. |

Non attendance at the prescribed time, date and
place will be deemed a cancellation and if the
required notice has not been received the full
course fee will have become immediately payable
and due.

The Compulsory Basic Training course is normally
completed on the day booked. If further training
is required for a suitable standard to be attained,
then further charges will apply.

| 8 |
For test-training
courses, in the case of any necessary further training
and tests to be paid for by us, attendance must
be made at the place, date and time arranged with
the DSA following the statutory waiting period.
Non compliance will invalidate any guarantee of
such further training / test provision. |

| 9 |
We reserve
the right to cancel amend or rearrange the date
time and place of appointments (giving reasonable
notice where possible) and without unreasonable
delay. |

| 10 |
We reserve
the right to determine riding standards in all respects
as criteria for submitting candidates for testing.
Such criteria to be in accordance with regulations
and guidance as issued by the DSA. |

| 11 |
We reserve
the right and at our discretion to refund the course
fee in full instead of providing training and /
or testing as arranged by the DSA. |

| 12 |
Pupils required
to re-attend for further training and / or testing
remain in credit for such purposes for a period
of six months from date of first attendance. The
term "Guaranteed Test Pass Course" shall
be limited to two attempts at the DSA Motorcycle
Test. |

| 13 |
We reserve
the right to vary these terms and conditions without
prior notice but a copy of current terms and conditions
will be provided with response to each booking arrangement
being made. |

| 14 |
All arrangements
with the DSA are also subject to the terms and conditions
of that body. |
| |
|
| 15 |
Receipt
of a booking form by CRT for training and / or testing
will form a contract between us and the person having
signed the booking form. All terms and conditions
apply to such a contract. |

| 16 |
We
reserve the right to terminate training (without
a refund) in the event of any Client riding in a
dangerous or negligent manner whilst on a public
highway. |
